According to GEO 34/2014, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase, without penalty and without a given reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract.

The legislation in force applies only to the customer, the "individual consumer", hereinafter referred to as "Buyer". Our online shop will be hereinafter referred to as "Seller".

As GEO 34/2014 does not specify whether or not the consumer has the right to use the product during this time, the Seller imposes certain rules regarding the acceptance of products for return. Depending on the condition of the returned product, the Seller reserves its right to charge certain penalties up to 100% of the value of the product.

Types of returns with refund

1. The product ordered does not correspond to the specifications on the website.

2. The product has manufacturing defects.

3. The product has been delivered wrongly (other size than ordered, other model than ordered).

Terms and conditions of return

1. The return of products is at the expense of the Buyer, using only Express Courier services. Return of products will be made at the Seller's expense only in case of wrong delivery (wrong size, wrong model). Packages sent by post are not accepted. We do not accept packages shipped with cash on delivery fee because we need to check the contents of the package and the condition of the products.

2. Products must be returned with all accessories with which they were delivered, and if they were subject to a promotion with other products offered as gifts, the products offered as gifts must also be returned.

3. The seller requires for acceptance of the return that the products are in the condition in which they were delivered, not worn / used and contain all the labels attached to them.

4. Each product must be returned in the box in which it was sent and packed in a protective bag to avoid damaging the product box. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the refunded package. 

Penalties

1. In case of non-compliance with the conditions of return, depending on the condition of the returned product (worn, used, washed, repaired), the Seller reserves the right to charge certain penalties up to 100% of the value of the product.

2. For damage or replacement of the box in which a product was delivered, the Seller will charge a fee of RON 20 for each package, which will be deducted from the value to be returned to the Buyer.

3. If the Seller is compelled to pay for the returned package at the time of its receipt, and after checking the products it is not found to be his fault, the delivery fee paid by the Seller will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the Buyer.

Money refund

1. The money refund by the Seller to the Buyer representing the value of one or more products will be made within 14 working days from the receipt of the package by the Seller.

2. The return is made only by FAN Courier, the package is placed with the refund amount and the money is returned by FAN Courier in an envelope, to the address or bank account. 

3. Respecting the tax code, we cannot refund money by Post, Paypal, money transfer systems (e.g. Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.) or meeting between a representative of the Seller and the Buyer.
